Community Access Supports are funded under the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) to support participants to physically access environments external to the home. This gives clients access to extracurricular activities, social opportunities, and helps them develop skills and competencies in the community. Community Access Supports can be as creative and innovative as you desire! Community Access Supports are usually accomplished one on one with one of our team member who can assist you in attending appointments, excursions, activities, or anything else you want to do in the community.  Our philosophy at Gifted Hands Support Services is that access to the community is an essential part of our clients' lives, which is why we do our best to find customized and creative activities to suit each person's needs and interests.
